Liverpool City Council is seeking an enthusiastic person who is an experienced painter.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of all of Council’s assets in relation to painting requirements. This position will be required to assist other tradespersons as may be deemed necessary.
This position requires a Painter’s Trade Certificate and a current driver’s licence.

COORDINATOR LAND DEVELOPMENT (2009/1169 ) 1 x Permanent, full time position - 35 hours, 5 days per week
Liverpool City Council, as one of the fastest growing cities in Sydney with substantial land release for residential/industrial subdivisions, is seeking a self-motivated professional to take an active role in the Development Services Section of Council’s Assets and Infrastructure Delivery Department. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of Council’s land development engineering staff, processing of development applications (subdivisions), providing engineering input and advice for development applications assessments, production of construction certificates and permits and to oversee design and construction of developments to ensure compliance with DA approvals, relevant acts, ordinances, planning instruments, codes and policies.
A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is essential, with recent extensive experience in Development Assessment and Engineering Design & Construction of civil works associated with the development. A post graduate qualification in a related field is desirable.

Casula Powerhouse is a key cultural facility within Western Sydney. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our innovative team.
Your role as Producer, Made on the Kitchen Table Project will be to manage the creation and production of cultural programs, including workshops, for Indigenous women with the aim of providing a range of social and economic opportunities for Aboriginal women in the South West Sydney region. This role involves negotiating new partnerships between service providers and the Aboriginal community in an effort to secure artistic programs for Indigenous women. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in the development and management of Community Development Arts Programs or similar roles. You will have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a diverse range of clients, have exceptional organisational skills, have an excellent understanding of Indigenous Women’s Cultural Development Programs and the ability to work as part of a small team.
It is an essential requirement of this position for the successful applicant to identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
This position has been assessed as a Grade 13 with a salary range of $34,862 - $38,195 per annum (pro rata) based on 21 hours per week, depending on skills, competency and experience. The position is a twelve month contracted position with the possibility of renewal subject to grant funding.
