The Comprehensive Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (LLEP 2008) is now in force, following its gazettal by the NSW Government on Friday 29 August 2008. Council's previous planning instruments are repealed by the new LLEP 2008. To download a copy of the LLEP 2008 written instrument, click here.

LLEP 2008 maps are available for viewing at this website and at Council's Administration Centre and Customer Service Centre. (NB: You will need Adobe Reader to download the files. Adobe Reader is available for free from Adobe and can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.)
