Management Plan
The Local Government Act (1993) requires councils to prepare and place on public exhibition, a management plan. This plan outlines council's proposed budget for the financial year, its rating and revenue policy for the same year. It also includes planned activities for the next three years.
The 2009-2010 Management Plan (Corporate Plan, Budget, Capital Works and Revenue Pricing Policy) was adopted by Council at its meeting of Monday 29 June 2009.

Quarterly Report
The Local Government Act (1993) also expects that Council reports on a quarterly basis, its progress in delivering the planned activities and budget for the year. This is to be presented to a Council meeting within two months of the end of each quarter.
