Council sponsors and encourages local businesses to enter three local business awards. The awards are the Liverpool Truelocal Business Awards, Liverpool Local Business Awards and the Western Sydney Industry Awards.

The awards promote outstanding Liverpool businesses and their owners to the broader business community and showcase the ways winning businesses have gone about business improvement processes and methodologies so that other Liverpool businesses can learn from them.
