Grants and Donations

Council grants, donations are provided to individuals who reside in the Liverpool Local Government Area (LGA), or to community based groups, organisations and services that operate within the Liverpool LGA and/or for the benefit of Liverpool residents. Council provides six grant programs:

  1. Community Grants
  2. Matching Grants
  3. Quick Response Grants (general, youth, schools)
  4. Sporting Grants
  5. Sporting Donations
  6. Community Facilities Fee Reductions

Funding eligibility:

  1. Acquit previous Council grants and donations and have no outstanding debts to Council;
  2. Be a resident of or located in the Liverpool local government area and/or principally providing services to the residents of Liverpool; and
  3. Include all required supporting documentation with application
