Exhibition of Liverpool Development Control Plan 2008 Draft Amendment 28 – Notification of Development Applications

Liverpool City Council is exhibiting Liverpool Development Control Plan (LDCP) 2008 Draft Amendment No. 28, which amends the requirements for notification of development applications.

The proposed amendment would require development applications for landscaping material supplies businesses to be publicly exhibited, and all property owners within 500m in rural zones and 250m in other zones to be notified. It would also require a minimum of 5 people to be notified of a development application whenever notification occurs.

A copy of Draft Amendment No. 28 will be on public exhibition from 13 September 2017 untilclose of business on 13 October 2017. The proposed amendment is available for download below.
