Liverpool Council is now accepting Expressions of Interest for two-year permanent hire of the community facilities listed on the website for the period of 1 January 2011 until 31 December 2012.

There are a limited number of facilities available for community based organisations (non-commerical) to rent through license agreements.
Opportunites for office space are available at the following community facilities (see application form for more details).
Cecil Hills Community Centre, Chipping Norton Community Centre, Chipping Norton Recreation Hall, George Bates Community Centre, Green Valley District Centre, Heckenberg Community Centre, Liverpool Community Centre, Moorebank Community Centre, Speed Street, Wattle Grove Youth Centre and Voyager Point Community Centre.
CASUAL BOOKINGS
Bookings and Enquiries
To book one of the community facilities listed below, please telephone the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 36 2170. Alternatively, bookings can be made in person at either of Liverpool City Council.
Casual bookings will open on 1 December 2010 for 2011.
Fees
Hiring a facility incurs an hourly charge and the payment of a refundable damage deposit, costings vary from facility to facility and depends upon the size of the hall and the times required. The Customer Contact Centre can advise of costs before booking.
