Council's Community Engagement Tool Kit is aimed at ensuring the Liverpool community is actively involved in Council d ecision making and activities, and to provide a comprehensive transparent approach to consultation.
The Tool Kit assists Council staff to identify and implement a range of standardised strategies to inform the community, to consult with the community and, where appropriate, to gain active participation from the community in Council projects and issues.
The outcomes of Tool Kit have been incorporated into Council’s Management Plan, ensuring a consistent approach to community consultation throughout the organisation.
