Liverpool City Council has a Language Aide Program which aims to assist customers from non English speaking backgrounds to access Council services. The Council's language aides are appropriately trained and accredited.

Council has language aides available in the following languages:

• Mandarin
• Polish
• Serbian
• Spanish
• Turkish
• Vietnamese

If a worker from your language is not available, you can contact the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 and ask them to contact Council's Customer Contact Centre on 1300 36 2170.
