CBD Place Manager

The role of the CBD Place Manager is to help shape the future of the City Centre by providing a direct link between Council and the City Centre community including local business people, retailers, shoppers and residents.  

The CBD Place Manager role will involve managing projects including:

  • Ensuring carefully guided planning for the City Centre
  • Improving the Liverpool City Centre streetscapes.
  • The Shopfront Facade Program which encourages businesses to paint the exterior of their premises, funded by a Council subsidy
  • The economic development of the City Centre

Liverpool City Council's CBD Place Manager is Martin Daley.

Mr Daley is available every Thursday between 10am and 11am in the Liverpool Library, George Street, for people wishing to meet with him to discuss issues relating to the Liverpool City Centre.  He can also be contacted on 9821 8846 or email m.daley@liverpool.nsw.gov.au
