Help preserve Liverpool's history

You can help us save and preserve the history of the area. Everyone has a personal heritage  - a cultural and family history; associations with older people; treasured objects and places. We all have links with the past through social rituals, stories, photographs, memorabilia, arts and crafts. Heritage is an important part of our lives!

This history is worth sharing and recording and the Museum is the ideal home for it - a place where future generations can share and learn about the history of the area. History can be found in many places and forms; nothing is too new or too ordinary. So, before you throw away a piece of your history, please contact the Museum. We will be happy to consider items for collection.
