Significant documents and development proposals are placed on public exhibition, providing members of the public with the opportunity to make comment or raise questions.

Public submissions and comments allow Council to incorporate community opinion into final documents or decisions regarding development proposals. 

Submissions must be lodged in writing within a specified time, dependent on the significance of the document.

A draft Liverpool CBD Car Parking Strategy has been prepared and residents are invited to provide the feedback on the strategy.

Written submissions concerning the Liverpool Draft CBD Car Parking strategy are invited from the public and should be addressed to and received by the undersigned (quoting File No 2005/0121) by close of business Monday 11 January 2010. SUMMARY OF FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2009

Council’s Annual Financial Reports and Audit Report will be presented at the Council Meeting to be held on Monday 2 November 2009 at 7pm and are now on public exhibition.

Copies of Council’s Audited Financial Statements, together with the Auditor’s Reports are available for public inspection
at Council’s Customer Service Centre, Administration Centre and Website.

In accordance with S420 of the Local Government Act 1993, any person wishing to make a submission to Council with respect to
Council’s Audited Financial Reports and/or the Auditors Reports must do so in writing and lodge it with Council by Monday 9
November 2009. Copies of all submissions will be referred to Council’s Auditor.
