PUBLIC EXHIBITION NOTICES
Significant documents and development proposals are placed on public exhibition, providing members of the public with the opportunity to make comment or raise questions.
Public submissions and comments allow Council to incorporate community opinion into final documents or decisions regarding development proposals.
Submissions must be lodged in writing within a specified time, dependent on the significance of the document.
To lodge your submission/comment/objection please mail the document to:

If you choose not to lodge a submission/comment/objection, your views will not be taken into account by Council in relation to this matter. Council or its agents, to process this matter, will use any information that you choose to provide to Council.
Once lodged with Council the information you provide can be accessed by you and may also be available to third parties in accordance with Council's Access to Documents Policy.

Notice of Public Exhibition Exhibition of Liverpool Development Control Plan 2008
(Draft Amendment No. 6) (Clauses 18 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000)
Liverpool City Council has resolved to publicly exhibit Liverpool Development Control Plan 2008 (Draft Amendment No. 6). The purpose of the draft Plan is to introduce new controls for development in Business zones and introduce site specific residential controls into Part 2.9 – Land Subdivision in former Hoxton Park Airport site. The draft Plan also seeks to amend existing controls for varying development types to clarify inconsistencies within the Plan.
A copy of the Draft Liverpool Development Control Plan 2008 (Amendment No.6) and supporting documentation is on public exhibition from Wednesday 1 February 2012 to Wednesday 29 February 2012 at the following locations:
Council’s Customer Service Centre Level 2, 33 Moore Street, Liverpool Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
Liverpool City Library Library Plaza, 170 George Street, Liverpool Monday–Friday:9.30am-8pm Saturday:9.30am-4pm Sunday: 12 noon-4pm
Casula Library Ingham Drive, Casula Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9.30am-5pm Tuesday and Thursday: 9.30am-8pm Saturday: 9.30am-12 noon

Notice of Public Exhibition and Public Hearing Draft Pye Hill Reserve Plan of Management and Associated documents
(Section 36 of the Local Government Act 1993)
Council is publicly exhibiting a draft Plan of Management for Pye Hill Reserve, Master Plan and Aboriginal and Heritage Assessment that will provide a framework for the future sustainable management and maintenance of the area.
The draft plan of management will be on public exhibition from 11 January to 8 February 2012. A copy of the plan can be downloaded here or can be inspected at Council’s Customer Service Centre (Level 2, 33 Moore Street, Liverpool) and at the Liverpool City Library (Library Plaza, 170 George Street, Liverpool).
Written submissions concerning the draft plan of management are invited from the public and should be addressed to the undersigned (quoting File No. 2010/0566) and received by close of business on 22 February 2012. A public hearing on the draft plan of management will also be held. The public hearing will be in the Gold Room at Liverpool City Library (Library Plaza, 170 George Street, Liverpool) on Tuesday 7 February 2011 between 6.00pm and 8.00pm.
