Open space

Liverpool City has over 250 parks - green open spaces, many with barbecue facilities, picnic areas, walkways and cycleways, play equipment and sporting fields.

Liverpool City is also home to two of Sydney's most significant rivers - the Georges River and Hawkesbury-Nepean River.  Both offer numerous locations to take in the relaxing vistas.

Use of Liverpool City Council's parks is free to individuals and groups.
