There are many Council owned community centres, meeting rooms and offices in Liverpool that are available
to hire for a variety of purposes including weddings and receptions, birthday parties, exhibitions, business
functions, dramas and musicals, club and group meetings, dances, conferences and cultural and religious
Hire charges depend upon the venue selected however, with the variety of venues available, most budgets
can be accommodated.
You can now enquire on 1300 36 2170 to make a booking or pick up keys for inspections of the community centres prior to booking from Council's Customer Services Section located on Ground Floor, 33 Moore

Council has 19 multi-purpose sites across the LGA with a variety of rooms that can be hired out for private functions such as weddings, engagements, adults' and childrens' parties and family gatherings. To book one of Council's community facilities, please telephone the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 36 2170. Alternatively, bookings can also be made in person at Liverpool Council Customer Service Centre on Ground Floor 33 Moore Street, Liverpool NSW 2170.
Are you a community group or organisation that is dedicated to providing community services to Liverpool residents? Do you need a facility to be able to run your community program at an affordable rate?
Liverpool City Council is inviting community organisations or individuals interested in hiring Council's community facilities on a permanent basis for the two years (1 January 2015 until 31 December 2016). Council is committed to a fair, open and transparent process in relation to the allocation of space within its Community Facilities.
Applicants will be requested to provide details on how their programs will meet the needs of the local community. Applications will be assessed by Council's Community Facilities Management section and agreements will be prioritised for applicants who can demonstrate their programs and how it benefits the community of Liverpool.
Council's Community Facilities adopted fees and charges will be applicable during the terms of the agreement.
Council encourages organisations that provide community programs and services in Liverpool to express their interest in tenanting accommodation within its community facilities. Spaces available are as follows:
The spaces are accessible, of high quality and meet the diverse needs of the community.
Opportunities are now available for community-based organisations (non-commercial) to rent through licence agreements. Applicants will be requested to provide details on how their programs will meet the needs of the local community. Applications will be assessed and agreements will be prioritised for applications who can demonstrate their programs and community benefits.
