 Injured animals should be reported to the following organisations:
- Livestock, cats, dogs: Animal Welfare League - 8899 3333 and RSPCA - 9770 7555
- Native species, birds, bats, reptiles: WIRES - 8977 3333

Lost pets
If you have lost your pet and it is missing for more than 72 hours, please notify the following organisations within 96 hours:

Council will update the NSW Companion Animal Register which is a statewide database to ensure that your pet can be noted and identified as missing.
When your pet dies you must notify Council within 28 days.
