Animals Education Programs

Council's animal education programs are delivered to various members of public and the community by Council officers within the Rangers and Parking Services Unit at Liverpool City Council.

They often take the form of:

  • School visitations

  • Attendance at Council-run open days and community forum meetings

  • Postal mail outs, in particular, addressing permanent identification and lifetime registration issues

  • Proactive patrols of Council managed parks and facilities

  • Provision of animal management information on Council's website

  • Regular local newspaper articles on Council initiatives and animal management tips.

  • Dog training classes

If you would like more information on the above please contact Liverpool City Council on 1300 36 2170.
