Follow the links on the RTA website to view the information brochure to see whether you are eligible and fill out the application form.

There are 75 mobility spaces in the heart of the CBD, including off-street car parks. There is an additional on-street space on the southern side of Moore Street just west of Northumberland Street.

A valid Mobility Parking Scheme Label must be clearly displayed on the vehicle.

Resident and Business Parking Permits

Liverpool City Council aims to improve parking availability for residents, visitors and business operators within the City Centre by introducing a range of permits through Council's Permit Parking Policy. A major objective of the Permit Parking Policy is to improve availability of on-street parking for residents who do not have access to any off-street parking. The Policy was developed in line with the mandatory procedures set down by Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).

Parking permits would exempt resident, visitor and business operator vehicles from some kerbside time restrictions and parking fees through Resident/Business Parking Permit Schemes.

To be eligible for a parking permit, you must be a resident/business operator within the Liverpool City Centre where ticketed parking applies and have no access to any off-street parking.
