Where: Carnes Hill Community and Recreation Precinct, 600 Kurrajong Road, Carnes Hill

Carnes Hill Skate Plaza is now open. The park was designed by world-class skate park designers Convic  in consultation with local young people.

The plaza-style park caters for all ages, levels and riders including skaters, scooter and BMX. It is open from 7am to 10pm.There is also seats, shade, a drink refill station, on-site car parking and public transport.

  • A-frame ledges and rails
  • jersey barriers

  • dog bowl
  • hipped wall ride

Carnes Hill Skate Plaza is part of the Carnes Hill Community & Recreation Precinct which includes a library, community centre, outdoor fitness stations, playground, gym, café, sports courts and picnic grounds.

Kelso Skate Park

Where: Kelso Park, next to Newbridge Road, Moorebank

The skate park offers a variety of ramps, jumps and blocks that are suitable for all ages and levels of experience. Skaters, scooter and BMX riders are welcome.

Features include:

  • grinds
  • steps
  • ramps
  • skate bowl

Kelso Park is easily accessible and includes a playground, shared footpaths and a car park. It is open from dawn to dusk.

This park will be upgraded in the middle of 2016.
