Expression of interest in the Liverpool Charity Ball 2017

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM FOR PROCEEDS OF THE LIVERPOOL CHARITY BALL 2017

Each year Liverpool City Council hosts a Charity Ball to raise funds for a local Charity. This year the Charity Ball will be held on 26 August 2017 at Liverpool Catholic Club.

The Expression of Interest form below is for local Charities, which includes not-for-profit groups, which have an authority to fundraise licence, to apply for consideration to be chosen to be beneficiaries of the funds raised from the 2017 Charity Ball and proceeds raised to benefit the Liverpool Community.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The Charity which includes not-for-profit groups which have an authority to fundraise licence, must be located in the Liverpool local government area
  • Applications must be received by 6 February 2017.
  • Applications complete all questions on the form.
  • Previous beneficiaries of funds from the 2014, 2015 or 2016 Charity Balls are not eligible to apply this year with the exception of Liverpool Hospital.

Application forms will be considered at the Civic Advisory Committee Meeting and the Committee’s recommendation will be considered at the 29 March 2017 Council meeting for a final decision. All applicants will be contacted after the 29 March 2017 Council meeting.
