Youth Week

Youth Week

Youth Week is held in April each year to celebrate young people.

Youth Week provides an opportunity for:

  • Young people aged 12 to 25 years to express their ideas and views, raise issues of concern to them, act on issues which affect their lives and create and enjoy entertainment
  • The wider community to listen to young people, and to acknowledge and celebrate the positive contributions made by their efforts and achievements
  • Promoting a community focus on issues of concern to young people

To get involved in planning and running activities in Liverpool, contact Council's Community Development Worker (Youth) on 9821 7753.

To find out more about national competitions, head to the National Youth Week website at www.youthweek.com.
