Major Event Stall Expression of Interest

Liverpool City Council Events Team are seeking Expressions of Interest from Stallholders to register to trade at Council's Major Events. This includes food, information, promotions, crafts etc.

Further information may be requested once your application has been successful. All stallholders must have a valid public liability cover before participating at any of the events.

Performer Expression of Interest

Liverpool City Council Event Coordinators are seeking Expressions of Interest from performers and entertainers who would like to showcase their talents at any of the major events held in Liverpool between July 2018 – January 2019.

It must be noted that a range of entertainers will be secured, pending requirements of the event. Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council entertainment database for future consideration. Successful performers/entertainers will be contacted via phone to confirm their availability.

Liverpool Council has an exciting calendar of annual and one-off events that cater for many audiences. By filling out this form, you accept that your details may be forwarded on to other teams in Council seeking potential performers for various Council incentives.

Performer applications will close one month before each event date. Performers whom send their application after the closing date will be added to our performer database and may be contacted in the future. Please contact our Events Team if you wish to be removed from this database at any time.

The Australian Local Government Women’s Association (ALGWA) Annual Conference will be hosted by Liverpool City Council at the iconic Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre 4-6 April 2019. The conference is aimed at promoting gender equality in local government and bringing Councillors and staff from all over NSW together to discuss the issues pertinent to women in the industry. Expected attendance at the conference is approximately 120.

This conference will celebrate the wonderful opportunities Liverpool has to offer. This conference will also be an opportunity for businesses in Liverpool to connect with local government staff and Councillors.

Council is calling for EOIs from local businesses to contribute to the conference goodie bag. Contributions must be a giveaway.

These can include, but should not be limited to:

  • competitions
  • vouchers
  • merchandise – depending on the value of the merchandise, Council may pay for the products.

Please note, standard promotional flyers or brochures will not be accepted. Businesses must offer a discount, voucher or merchandise in order to be included in the goodie bag.

Local businesses are also invited to have an information/display stall at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre on Friday 5 April where guests at the conference will have the opportunity to view the stalls during breakfast, morning tea and lunch times. Stalls will be required to be on site from 8am-2pm. Successful applications will have a 1.8m table for their display, free of charge.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting an EOI, the applicant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. The applicant is responsible for all costs associated with the delivery of their proposed offer, merchandise and/or stall.
  2. Council reserves the right to accept and decline EOIs.
  3. The applicant agrees to cooperate with Council on all matters related to delivery of this program.
  4. Successful applicants agree to deliver the offer in a professional and presentable manner, as agreed with Council. Council reserves the right to cancel any offer which is not delivered or presented in an acceptable manner.
  5. Successful applicants must deliver their offer to Liverpool City Council (33 Moore Street, Liverpool NSW 2170) by Friday 15 March 2019.

NAIDOC Week celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC Week is celebrated by all Australians and is a great opportunity to learn more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

One component of NAIDOC Week is the placement of decorative street banners throughout the Liverpool LGA. These banners will be installed along main streets and gateways in the lead-up to NAIDOC Week 2019 (7-14 July) and 2020 (exact dates to be confirmed). They will be displayed for approximately six weeks, and will contribute to the vibrancy of the urban landscape and reflect the spirit of respect and celebration that underpins Council’s NAIDOC Week program.

Terms and Conditions

Council is seeking EOIs from suitably experienced artists to submit artwork concepts for the banners. Elements of the successful banner designs may also be used in Council’s marketing of the overall NAIDOC Week suite of programming.

Liverpool City council is inviting applications for eight people to be appointed to the Liverpool City Council Heritage Advisory Committee.

Prospective committee members should have knowledge of the local history of the area, interest in its conservation and preservation and experience in either the promotion of heritage or the technical aspects of heritage conservation and preservation. Meetings will be held quarterly.
