Youth Week 2023

Youth Week is a week-long celebration held in early April each year that is organised by young people, for young people, in communities across NSW and Australia.

Youth Week is an opportunity for people aged between 12 and 24 years old to express their ideas and views, act on issues that affect their lives, and create and enjoy activities and events.

As a proud supporter of Youth Week, Liverpool City Council will be hosting the following free activities throughout the week.

Monday 17 & Monday 24 April | 4 – 7 pm | PCYC Liverpool, 100 Cartwright Avenue, Miller | FREE | Book here

Young people are invited to join local community artist- Amy Eldridge to learn the foundations of Aboriginal Art and create their own art work to keep!

The workshop will be taught in a safe environment to assist young people find their creative side and learn how to tell their stories through art!

First Nations and young people from all cultural backgrounds welcome to attend!

There will be loads of free activities and entertainment across the Carnes Hill Precinct, so come along and enjoy the afternoon with your friends!

Learn from the best and join us at Kelso Skatepark and/or Carnes Hill Skatepark for free Concrete Riders skate coaching sessions with sponsored riders, Ryan Helm and Lenard Tejada!

Followed by an all-wheels mini jam x comp with prizes!
