Collimore Park

The Collimore Park Environment Group commenced activities in May 2015 at Collimore Park in Liverpool. The site includes Brickmakers Creek and is a highly urbanised area.

Collimore Park has had bushland restoration works completed on site, which was funded by Council's previous Environmental Levy Program called the "Environment Plan". A Green Corps project involving weed removal and planting of locally native species was also implemented on this site in 2003.

This environment group will help to restore the natural areas within the park by focusing on litter collection, weed removal, planting and mulching.

When: First Saturday of each month
Activity time: 9.00 am – 11.00 am
Group meets: in the Collimore Park car park on Collimore Avenue, Liverpool
