Liverpool on a Roll is a concept-driven food festival where all dishes are to be served in, on or in the shape of a roll. The festival encourages food vendors to create bespoke “on a roll” offerings for thousands of hungry attendees that reflect their own cultural heritage, creativity and even humour.
In addition to international cuisine, Liverpool on a Roll will feature live entertainment, giveaways, and garden games, with plans for market stalls selling seasonal local produce and products.
