Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from emerging and established performers and entertainers who would like to showcase their talents in Liverpool during November to December.

Each performer will get to showcase their talent in the Liverpool CBD in a busker style showcase. We will be working and implementing COVID safe practices throughout these performances and giving the community a showcase of our local talent.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your performance will be included in one of our events.

Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council entertainment database for future consideration. Successful performers/entertainers will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.

By filling out this form, you accept that your details may be forwarded on to other teams in Council seeking potential performers for various Council incentives.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this Expression of Interest all performers and entertainers within your group agree to the following:

  1. All performances and performers are expected to be professional, and not undertake any behaviour or acts that may be seen as offensive. This also includes the use of recorded or live music using offensive language.
  2. The applicant agrees to cooperate with Council on all matters related to the delivery of the Event.
  3. Please be aware that photographs or videos taken of your group or for the event will be the property of Liverpool City Council, which reserves the right to use these images and video for future marketing or promotional materials.
  4. The applicant understands that Council reserves the right to cancel the application (and its inclusion in the Event) if the applicant does comply with Council’s requirements or these terms and conditions.
