The Bernera Road Extension project involves the reconstruction and widening of the section of Croatia Avenue between Camden Valley Way and Edmondson Park Railway Station comprising a total length of 1.35km.
The project includes installation of new traffic signals at intersections of Bernera Road with Poziers Road and Dalmatia Avenue.
The project also includes installation of carrier water main on behalf of Sydney Water and installation of transmission ducts on behalf of Endeavour Energy to cater for future population growth.
