Council eServices temporarily unavailable

To complete end-of-financial year processing, Liverpool City Council's online eServices will be temporarily unavailable from 4:30 pm Tuesday, 30 June 2026 to 7:00 am Wednesday, 1 July 2026.

  • Requests for certificates or licences (including land and property information)
  • Road and Footpath permits

A formal application is required if you are seeking a large number of documents or extensive searches, or you are seeking personal or business information about a third party who must be consulted before the information can be released.
