Luna will act as a triage for urgent Council matters after hours, for example:
- Emergency responses
- Dog attacks
- Access to community venues
All non urgent enquiries please call Council during business hours 8.30am to 5pm
- Call the Council number after hours
- You’ll be connected to Luna
- Ask your question and get instant support
- If needed, Luna will forward your request to a staff member and log your enquiry
