Liverpool City Council proudly hosts a variety of major events, festivals throughout the year, as well as hundreds of exhibitions, community events, workshops and hands-on activities at Casula Powerhouse Arts CentreLiverpool Regional Museum and Liverpool libraries.

Performers, stallholders and volunteers are required for a majority of our events, while our major events provide the perfect opportunity for organisations, businesses and media to align their brands with ours as sponsors or partners.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at Council events held in Liverpool between May 2019 and December 2020.  This includes food, information, arts and crafts, commercial goods etc.

By registering your interest with Council, you will be notified via email when applications are open for our upcoming events.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your stall will be included in one of our events.

Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council Stallholder database for future consideration. Successful stallholders will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from emerging and established performers and entertainers who would like to showcase their talents at our events held in Liverpool between May 2019 – December 2020.

Council accepts EOIs from performers and artists who are individuals, ensembles, collectives, or theatre/production companies. Performances can include live music, theatre, circus and aerobatics, performance art, or anything of a performative nature.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your performance will be included in one of our events.

Event Overview:

Liverpool City Council would like to advise you that our much-loved Seniors Concert will be returning after a year-long hiatus due to Covid-19. The event has been reimagined to a decadent high-tea, concert, and exhibition where you can meet service providers in the area to learn what exciting initiatives and activities are on offer for seniors in Liverpool.

The event will held at the Liverpool Catholic Club and feature a day of fantastic live performances, high tea and expo of local businesses and services.

Volunteer Benefits:

We would love for you to join us as an Exhibitor at our upcoming Liverpool Seniors Concert High Tea & Expo to be held at Liverpool Catholic Club on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 April 2021.

Formerly Liverpool City Council’s Seniors Concert, the concerts have been remodelled to incorporate an exhibition component, providing an opportunity for organisations in the Liverpool area to showcase their services for our local seniors and connect our senior community directly to initiatives that will improve their quality of life throughout the year, yielding long term benefits.

On the back of extensive periods of Covid isolation, our senior’s community is active, engaged and have expressed their interest in seeing these events return to face-to-face.

The 2021 Seniors Concert High Tea & Expo packages have been designed to provide you with an opportunity to promote your organisation directly to Liverpool’s thriving senior's community. Event Overview.

LIVERPOOL ON A ROLL

Liverpool City Council’s highly anticipated food festival Liverpool on a Roll is returning on 16, 17 and 18 April.

Liverpool on a Roll is a concept-driven food festival where all dishes are to be served in, on or in the shape of a roll. The festival encourages food vendors to create bespoke “on a roll” offerings for thousands of hungry attendees that reflect their own cultural heritage, creativity and even humour. In addition to international cuisine, Liverpool on a Roll will feature live entertainment, giveaways and garden games, with plans for market stalls selling seasonal local produce and products.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from food vendors who would like to trade at Liverpool on a Roll 2021.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your EOI will be selected for this event.

Not all applicants will be successful, however the information provided will be added to the Liverpool City Council Stallholder database for future consideration. Successful vendors will be contacted via phone or email By Council’s Events team to confirm their availability.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from Liverpool Local & South West emerging & established performers or entertainers who would like to showcase their talents in Liverpool during April 2021 on Friday & Saturday evenings, and Sunday during the day.

Each performer will get to showcase their talent in three different locations in front of a small crowd of local Liverpool residents. We will be working and implementing COVID safe practices throughout these performances and giving the community a showcase of our local talent.
