Every year Liverpool Council hosts a variety of major events and festivals in the CBD, Casula Powerhouse Arts CentreLiverpool Regional Museum and Liverpool libraries.

Each of these events require stallholders, performers, and volunteers.

Our major events provide the perfect opportunity for organisations and businesses to align their brands with ours as sponsors or partners.

If you are interested in participating in any of our events, please fill out the Expression of Interest form.

Expression of Interest

Council’s Major Events Sponsorship Proposal will equip you with all the information your organisation needs to make the first step towards working with Liverpool City Council and reaching thousands of people across greater Sydney.

Cash or in-kind contributions are subject to Council's Incoming Sponsorship Policy.

Liverpool Council’s mobile food truck revitalisation program will deliver great exciting opportunities for the community to experience our diverse cultural offerings through food, social interaction, improved liveability and increased quality of life.

The program will also address one of the current Council’s 100 Day Plan in improving the amenity and activation of a number of our local parks and iconic locations.

Liverpool City Council Database EOI

These EOIs are general to LCC, to be added to our database & contact list please fill in the relevant EOI.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at Council events held in 2024. This includes food, information, arts and crafts, commercial goods etc.

By registering your interest with Council, you will be notified via email when applications are open for our upcoming events.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your stall will be included in one of our events.

Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council Stallholder database for future consideration. Successful stallholders will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.

Council accepts EOIs from performers and artists who are individuals, ensembles, collectives, or theatre/production companies. Performances can include live music, theatre, circus and aerobatics, performance art, or anything of a performative nature.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your performance will be included in one of our events.

Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council entertainment database for future consideration. Successful performers/entertainers will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.

Liverpool City Council is coming back to the suburbs with monthly neighbourhood fun days, and we are looking for vendors to join us in bringing neighbourhood events back to our community!

Council's upcoming Motherland African Festival is a weekend-long event that showcases the tastes, colours, sounds and customs of the many dynamic cultures that make up the African continent.

From Morocco to Zimbabwe, we explore the unique features and the fusion that exists which makes this region so rich in culture.Motherland African Festival is a three-day event taking place in April at Macquarie Mall, Liverpool.
