Liverpool City Council proudly hosts a variety of major events, festivals throughout the year, as well as hundreds of exhibitions, community events, workshops and hands-on activities at Casula Powerhouse Arts CentreLiverpool Regional Museum and Liverpool libraries.

Performers, stallholders and volunteers are required for a majority of our events, while our major events provide the perfect opportunity for organisations, businesses and media to align their brands with ours as sponsors or partners.

Liverpool Council’s mobile food truck revitalisation program will deliver great exciting opportunities for the community to experience our diverse cultural offerings through food, social interaction, improved liveability and increased quality of life.

The program will also address one of the current Council’s 100 Day Plan in improving the amenity and activation of a number of our local parks and iconic locations.

Council accepts EOIs from performers and artists who are individuals, ensembles, collectives, or theatre/production companies. Performances can include live music, theatre, circus and aerobatics, performance art, or anything of a performative nature.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your performance will be included in one of our events.

Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council entertainment database for future consideration. Successful performers/entertainers will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at Most Blessed Nights in March & April of 2023.

As the sun sets and dusk ensues over Liverpool, Macquarie Mall will come alive with the ‘Most Blessed Nights’ Street Food Market every weekend of Ramadan, showcasing the many tantalising flavours of Liverpool. Ramadan is a sacred time for many in our community and the exciting night markets are coming back to reignite the tastebuds of Liverpool in 2023. These blessed nights will see Macquarie Mall transform into a bustling bazaar where the community can gather, indulge in good food and celebrate the values that underpin our city: unity, family, and togetherness.

We are inviting food vendors from all over Sydney to join us in the celebration of community and the joy of sharing a meal. Vendors will have the opportunity to delight the senses of thousands of visitors by showcasing sweet and savory delicacies from their corner of the globe.

‘Most Blessed Nights’ Street Food Market will be held from 6pm – 12am on the below dates, in Macquarie Mall, Liverpool.

Spend your evening surrounded by Asia’s best food vendors and performances from Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Nepal right in the heart of Liverpool's CBD.

From Bubble Tea to Dumplings, everyone’s favourite mouth-watering Asian cuisine will be in Liverpool. With live music, traditional dance, roving performers, giveaways and more, Lanterns and Lights is the best way to spend your weekend in February.

Lanterns and Lights is a three-day festival from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th February 2023, 5pm - 10pm.
