Liverpool City Council proudly hosts a variety of major events, festivals throughout the year, as well as hundreds of exhibitions, community events, workshops and hands-on activities at Casula Powerhouse Arts CentreLiverpool Regional Museum and Liverpool libraries.

Performers, stallholders and volunteers are required for a majority of our events, while our major events provide the perfect opportunity for organisations, businesses and media to align their brands with ours as sponsors or partners.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at Council events held in Liverpool between May 2019 and December 2020.  This includes food, information, arts and crafts, commercial goods etc.

By registering your interest with Council, you will be notified via email when applications are open for our upcoming events.

Please note that submission of an EOI is used as an expression of interest only and does not guarantee that your stall will be included in one of our events.

Not all applicants will be successful, however information will be added to the Liverpool City Council Stallholder database for future consideration. Successful stallholders will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from emerging and established performers and entertainers who would like to showcase their talents at our events held in Liverpool between May 2019 – December 2020.

Council accepts EOIs from performers and artists who are individuals, ensembles, collectives, or theatre/production companies. Performances can include live music, theatre, circus and aerobatics, performance art, or anything of a performative nature.

Current EOIs for events and campaigns

Council is seeking EOIs for a street art mural on the hoarding at Augusta Cullen Plaza, Liverpool.

Liverpool City Council is excited to announce that demolition works for the construction of Liverpool Civic Place in partnership Built Development, have commenced. Liverpool Civic Place will anchor and activate the southern end of Liverpool’s CBD, providing new Council offices and chambers, a public library, childcare, public plaza and parking.

The complex features state-of-the art design elements. Its construction will create more than 300 jobs.

All successful EOIs must demonstrate artistic excellence. Collaborations are welcome.

Each performer will get to showcase their talent in the Liverpool CBD in a busker style showcase. We will be working and implementing COVID safe practices throughout these performances and giving the community a showcase of our local talent.

Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from emerging and established performers and entertainers who would like to showcase their talents at our digital NAIDOC week celebration from 9th November to 13th November.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions our NAIDOC week celebrations will be going virtual and we would love to showcase the local talents of the community to help celebrate the First Nations of Australia. This jam-packed week will be filled with multiple programs being launched and we would love to have local talent.
