Seniors concert

Come along to the 2023 Seniors Concert this November!

This spectacular event will take place at Liverpool Catholic Club, bringing seniors together and keeping them informed about the abundance of goods and services available.

Attendees can look forward to refreshments, the celebration of community talent with fantastic live performances, opportunities to socialise with other seniors, and an exhibition featuring local service providers to learn about exciting initiatives and activities in the area.

Please note that this event is exclusively open to seniors residents of Liverpool City Council and members of Liverpool-based seniors groups. Pension details will be required when booking tickets.

2023 Seniors Concert - Exhibitor Prospectus

When is the Seniors Concert on?

Liverpool City Councils 2023 Seniors Concert will be on Tuesday November 28th and Wednesday November 29th 2023 and will run from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.

Where is the Seniors Concert being held?

The Seniors Concert will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Liverpool Catholic Club located at 424 – 458 Hoxton Park Road, Prestons NSW 2170. Main entry to the event will be from the Eastern Entrance next to the Mercure Hotel with only ticket holders accepted.

Do I need a ticket to attend the Seniors Concert?

Yes, tickets are a requisite to gain entry into the event. Tickets will be released 11:00AM, Wednesday October 25th 2023 and can be booked via www.liverpool.nsw.gov.au/seniorsconcert.

How many tickets can I get at once?

As tickets are limited a Maximum of 2 TICKETS per household.

All ticketholders must be from the Liverpool LGA or be part of a Liverpool Community group and a Seniors or Pension Cardholder.

Proof of these will be required upon completing your booking.

How much are the tickets?

This is a free event.

I want to go with my friends, how do we register to be seated together?

All tickets are General Admission, if ticketholders would like to sit together please arrive to the event at the same time as seating is not reserved.

Who will be performing?

We will have a range of performances on the day, this will be released in the weeks coming into the event.

What if I can’t make it on these days?

Unfortunately, Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th November are the only dates for our 2023 calendar.

What happens if I miss out on tickets?

A waitlist will be available for you to register interest in tickets and you will be notified if tickets become available.

I reserved tickets, but I can no longer make it, what do I do?

Cancel ticket via the Humanitix website, alternatively please notify us at events@liverpool.nsw.gov.au if you are no longer able to make it as we will ensure that those on the waiting list are provided tickets.

How can I get there?

There is ample free parking onsite if you choose to drive.

Liverpool train station is the closest station to the club. The Liverpool-paramatta T-Way bus operaties in the area and stop #15 – MILLER is located close the the club. For full details visit https://transportnsw.info/ or call the transport info line on 131 500.

Is there disabled access / parking at this event?

Liverpool Catholic Club has equitable and stair-free access to the venue and function room, with ramps and railings for people with disabilities. The venue also provides abundant disabled parking spots close to the function room.

Where do I register on the day?

Tickets will NOT be available at the door, pre-booked tickets are essential.

Can I smoke at this event?

Smoking is not permitted in the function room the event is being held in, please follow venue smoking area rules.

Does this event have alcohol?

This event will not have alcohol provided, however it will be available for individuals to purchase.

Is there tea and coffee available?

Tea and coffee will be provided.

I have a dietary/allergen requirements, how can I request a meal suitable for me?

When booking tickets please allocate any dietary requirements you have upon confirmation, please also make yourself known to staff on the day of the event.

Can I take photos/film at the event?

Photos can be taken for personal use. We encourage attendees to post photos to social media and tag @LiverpoolCityCouncil and use the hashtag #lovelivo.

Professional photography (including the use of tripods for safety reasons) will not be permitted without prior consent from Liverpool City Council’s Communications Team.

How can I seek Media Accreditation?
