To receive rebate, simply purchase a compost bin or worm farm from any retail outlet, set up your compost bin/worm farm and take a picture, then follow the steps below:

Fill in online form.
Attach your original receipt (it must include the place of purchase on it)
Attach picture of your compost and /worm farm set up
You must reside in the Liverpool Local Government Area to claim the rebate.
The subsidy is limited to a single purchase per household or school per year.
By making this application you agree to be contacted for a survey after 3 months to evaluate your experience of the rebated purchases.
