Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections (formally LDNCA) is the current tenant at Frank Oliveri Community Centre and they manage nine ongoing funded programs and many short term projects. LNC provide sixty five programs and services per week for disadvantaged people living in the Liverpool LGA. LNC has been established since 1983.
