Community Venues

There are many Council-owned community centres, meeting rooms and offices in Liverpool that are available to hire for a variety of purposes including weddings and receptions, birthday parties, exhibitions, business functions, dramas and musicals, club and group meetings, dances, conferences and cultural and religious events.

COVID-19 Restrictions

When using Council’s community venues, you are required to abide by restrictions on public gatherings as mandated by NSW Government. Please refer to Council’s COVID-19 Fact Sheet for Casual Hire.

Hilda M Davis Senior Citizens Centre
Replete with history, the Hilda M Davis Senior Citizens Centre is situated between the Liverpool City Library and Bigge Park.
Carnes Hill Community Precinct
The Carnes Hill Community and Recreation Precinct opened in August 2016 and features a community centre, library and large indoor and outdoor recreation spaces.
Moorebank Community Centre
Moorebank Community Centre offers a large function room with timber flooring and a brick face interior, and can accommodate up to 120 people.
Miller Senior Citizens Centre
The Miller Senior Citizens Centre is currently tenanted by Miller Combined Pensioners and is not available for casual hire.
